Dispatch Time

At 1HP Game Store we offer a range of delivery options that most suits your needs. We endeavour to dispatch in stock items using tracked services the same day if received before 2pm, next working day if received before 9pm (excluding bank holiday). This is subject to change during busy periods. In some case we may upgrade your delivery depending on the order.

If a product is out of stock, you will be informed and we will send the item once back in stock, using a faster shipping option at no charge to you. If the product is discontinued you will be informed and issued a refund promptly.

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, we do not accept liability for any supplementary costs incurred by customers caused by damaged or faulty goods or delayed, lost or misrouted orders.

Domestic Services and costs

We offer a range of standard, economy and expedited options within the UK. Delivery costs are calculated based on size, weight and the chosen shipping method at checkout. The following is a breakdown of the services we offer:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Economy Tracked Delivery. Order would be expected to arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch. This service provides up to £75 in compensation for loss or damage.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Standard Tracked Delivery. Order would be expected to arrive within 1-2 working days of dispatch. This service provides up to £75 in compensation for loss or damage.
• Evri Parcel Shop Drop Off - Economy Tracked Delivery. Order would be expected to arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch. This service provides up to £20 in compensation for loss or damage.
• Evri Parcel Shop Drop Off Next Day - Standard Tracked Delivery. Order would be expected to arrive within 1-2 working days of dispatch. This service provides up to £20 in compensation for loss or damage.
• Evri Shop to Shop - Economy Tracked Delivery. Order would be expected to arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch. This service provides up to £20 in compensation for loss or damage.
• Evri Shop to Shop Next Day - Standard Tracked Delivery. Order would be expected to arrive within 1-2 working days of dispatch. This service provides up to £20 in compensation for loss or damage.
